Automatic foaming jig
The versionable and expanding plugs can be made according to the customer's needs. The lifting can be motorised or hydraulic, while the opening of the machine is timed and automatic, the process of inserting and extracting the furniture can, on the other hand, be both automatic and manual. The walls also have a fully automatic locking system. The walls in contact with the cabinet are made of aluminum and heated through embedded copper coils. The main structure is entirely made of electro-welded steel. Finally, there is an intuitive control panel for starting and controlling the machine.
