Free injection manual foaming mould

AntonBox’s external shell is made out of 5083 (H11/H24) aluminum alloy in order to make it more resistant to the inner teflon-coated part’s torsion during foaming. The inner core is made of 6/7000 aluminum/silicon alloys and thus more sensible to thermal conductivity (around 150 watt/mK) during foaming.
