Tunnel-shaped foaming jig

RomeoTun consists in a main tunnel-shaped structure made of electro-welded iron and two carriages running on rails. The inner wall's contact surfaces are made of aluminum and are heated through embedded copper piping. Moreover, the easy-to-use control panel allows to change the walls width. The foaming plugs are made according to costumer’s needs and are versionable, expanding and with interchangeable segments. The plugs are mounted onto trays and carriages.
